Utility Billing Operational Changes
Longtime City of Rifle Utility Billing Clerk Lynn Miller has retired. We are grateful for her outstanding customer service and dedication to the community and her job.
With her departure, there has been some reorganization and changes to contact information.

As we transition into training new staff and improving efficiencies, we do anticipate some disruption and procedural changes to the normal flow of the billing process. For the current billing, there will not be mailings of delinquent notices and we will not be charging late fees for September billing.
We appreciate your patience and look forward to working together to improve our billing process.
Change in Cemetery Business Operations
Beginning immediately, there will be a change in business operations regarding Rose Hill Cemetery. All business related to the cemetery will now be handled at the Parks Maintenance Facility located at 3100 Doaks Lane.
