FEMA will test the IPAWS network beginning at 12:18 p.m. today. Even if your phone is on silent or do not disturb, you may still receive the message with a corresponding tone. The message will read "Presidential Alert" and “THIS IS A TEST of the National Wireless Emergency Alert System. No action is needed."
