If you are one of these types of licensees, you shall manage the premises personally or have a separate and distinct manager. If you employ a separate and distinct manager, you must report the manager to the State and the City. Reported managers, unlike registered managers, need not participate in a background check.
To report a new manager of a beer on-premises license, beer and wine license, club license, arts license, or racetrack license, complete
only the Permit Application and Report of Changes from the
Manager Registration Packet (PDF), and submit it to the City Clerk’s office. There is no fee.
