The Building Department will calculate fees during the permit's review. Applicants pay fees at the time of building permit issuance. The Building Department will contact you after plan review is complete and give you the total amount due for fees.

Plan review fees are calculated at 65% of the building permit fee.
Application Deposit
A non-refundable $500.00 deposit is required for all new residential construction and any commercial remodel or tenant finish. A non-refundable $1,500 deposit is required for any new commercial construction. The deposit is due at the time of application. The deposit will be applied to plan review fees at time of permit issuance.
