State of Colorado Class A Wastewater Operator
Duties are to supervise and train the wastewater operators, and to insure the State required testing is completed and recorded and sent to the State each month. The monthly report is the Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR). This shows the State whether or not the City of Rifle is meeting the requirements of it’s discharge into the Colorado River.
